I'm an audio/mixing/mastering engineer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and consultant. I've worked in recording studios as an independent audio engineer for over a decade in such places as California, Atlanta, Nashville and New York City. I currently work as a mastering engineer at the legendary Masterdisk in NYC. Working with independent record labels, artist and musicians worldwide in every genre of music. 

I teach Advanced Pro Tools Techniques and Recording Workshops with topics such as studio maintenance, analog/digital equipment, modern recording techniques, mixing, mastering and musicianship. I'm also experienced in copyright law, recording contracts and publishing. 

I've been hired by major universities and private recording studios to help with acoustical issues, equipment/software implementation, studio maintenance. Additionally, I give support to business owners and musicians on how to properly market themselves using social media strategies.

Mixing is required to balance the relative volume and frequency content of the recorded tracks. I use a hybrid system, which is a combination of high quality outboard gear, as well as “in the box” plugins. Creating sonically warm and professional mixes. 

I also use unique, vintage gear and techniques to provide original mixes that have depth, color and character. You want your mixes to breathe and move, not be stale and lifeless!! New approaches to older mixing methods. Not everyone mixes the same.
